Exercise Physiology workplace injury rehabilitation

Workcover / RTWSA

Workplace injury rehabilitation should be holistic in it's approach to allow you to return to a normal home life, independence and to maximize your work function and capacity.

Exercise Physiology supervised rehabilitation programs use an active approach in conjunction with pain education for pain management. Each individual has an individualized injury rehabilitation program as no one person is the same regardless of the injury. Injury management in the workcover / RTWSA space also requires a review of manual handling techniques to look towards reducing the risk of any future injuries.

We have experienced Exercise Physiologists trained in workplace assessment and rtw consulting.
